2023 Holiday Shipping Updates

Not sure when your package will arrive? Here are the Holiday order deadlines for packages to arrive before December 25:

 

Fast & Free Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Orders typically ship from our Texas and New Hampshire warehouses within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed. Orders over $19 (after discounts are applied) qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Our default shipping methods are Fedex and USPS which have an expected delivery time frame of 5-7 days within the 48 contiguous states. 

If you need faster shipping, you can select from 2 and 3 day expedited shipping methods at checkout. Please be advised that as stated by the carriers, displayed delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our website to track your order’s status. You will receive a shipment notification when your order has shipped and the tracking information should update within 24 hours of shipment.

**Please note: Delayed delivery due to "acts of god", e.g. weather conditions that are out of our control, do not qualify for shipping refunds on expedited shipping methods.

Returns and Warranties

Elastic Precision warrants that all of its products will arrive free from defects in material, workmanship and function. Each Elastic Precision rubber band gun is backed by our 30 day no-hassle return policy and a 5 year replacement warranty against defects. Please email us at support@elasticprecision.com with your order number to receive detailed return instructions and a return authorization number. 

International Shipping

We currently ship to over 25 foreign countries! During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties.

International Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase and a minimum delivery time of 15 business days (excluding U.S. Holidays) should be taken into consideration, as International borders and Customs could delay the estimated delivery time.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your country’s Customs Department upon arrival. The recipient of the shipment is the Importer of Record and is responsible for import fees and compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information on the fees, taxes or regulations associated with your respective order. 

Elastic Precision is not responsible for the payment of any import fees or duties assessed or for items that are seized in customs due to unpaid fees or import regulation violations.
