Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via U.S Mail, FedEx, or other carrier at the sole discretion of Elastic Precision, LLC. Please give us your desired shipping address when placing an order. Street addresses are always preferred since most carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Due to the fact that our customized products are assembled after the order is received, Shipping time during very busy times of the year may cause a short delay. Any order containing a rubber band gun with custom engraving may take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We normally ship using U.S Mail service with an expected delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. of 2-5 business days. The first day in this calculation is the next business day after the package is picked up. If any item in your order is damaged during shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Elastic Precision by phone, or email as quickly as possible. Arrangements will be made for repair or replacement of the damaged item. Please see the section below titled “Return Policy” for details. In case incorrect shipping information is submitted for an order by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Elastic Precision with the correct shipping information before shipment of the order. If the address information provided by the customer is incorrect in any way, the customer takes full responsibility for recovery of the said shipment. Any expenses incurred by Elastic Precision resulting from incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer after notification to the customer of said expenses. If an order should be shipped to an incorrect address for any reason, Elastic Precision, LLC will provide all reasonable help to locate and properly deliver the order. Please note: If your order must reach you by a specific date (for a birthday, leaving on trip, moving, etc), please let us know when you place the order. The customer is responsible for alerting Elastic Precision, LLC to any special shipping considerations. Any product on backorder may be purchased but will be subject to a backorder time. Backorder time is an estimate only and will vary depending on circumstances. Customers will be notified of this estimated backorder time via email when they place an order for a backordered product.

International Shipping:

Elastic Precision, LLC does not warrant delivery to any location outside the United States. International shipments may get lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, confiscated, or withheld in customs. Under none of these circumstances is Elastic Precision, LLC responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Some lost shipments may get returned to the sender. Any undamaged shipments that get returned to Elastic Precision will be subject to a full refund minus shipping charges. International orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Tracking information is a convenience only and is not guaranteed to be accurate. All international order are placed at the buyers own risk.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product that is defective due to material or craftsmanship, contact us immediately at support@elasticprecision.com. Elastic Precision will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

If your rubber band gun is damaged during use, please contact us at support@elasticprecision.com with photos of the damaged product. Elastic Precision may or may not agree to repair or replace the damaged product for a fee as determined solely by Elastic Precision. We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality of work. However, wood is a natural material, may warp, twist, bow, or split due to environmental changes.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-defective product from Elastic Precision, LLC and wish to return it, please follow these steps. Products are returnable by the original purchaser only within 30 days of the date of purchase on ElasticPrecision.com. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return authorization must be granted by Elastic Precision prior to return. To get an RMA number, email support@elasticprecision.com with your order details. A refund will be made to the original payment method used for the order within 7 days of receipt of the return. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and re-stock fees apply if accessories are missing or if the item or product are damaged during the return so please ensure that the product is packaged well and insured.

Please Note: Any item(s) that are returned without following the above procedures will not be accepted by Elastic Precision, LLC and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund or replacement for the item will be made.
